Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Space Planning,
- Elevation and Section with Detail Working drawing.
- Rajuk / CDA Drawings prepare.
- Must have a strong capability in residence & commercial space design, interior/exterior design.
- Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
- Develop Interior Design concepts.
- Highly skilled and proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, animation, and 2D presentation.
- Creating designs and presentations by 3D studio MAX / Sketchup with V-ray render
- Good 3D visualization and rendering skill.
- Excellent and advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, aftereffects, and other graphic-related software.
- Well knowledge and brilliant eye for detail in post-production to enhancing visuals/walk-through using Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Nuke and other plug-in & special effects software.
- Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions.
- Visit Construction & Interior Sites and supervise.
- Attend Client Meeting.
- Coordinate with other departments.
