Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare project concept and briefing for the consultant architectural firm. 

  • Assist Business Development in procuring projects with necessary development/growth control knowledge and experience i.e. DAP, FAR, Program etc.

  • Prepare project briefing for sales with necessary architectural insight.

  • Review conceptual designs and provide creative inputs for improvement.

  • Finalize and process authority drawings for necessary approvals.

  • Ensure working drawings are accurate for seamless construction execution.

  • Coordinate architectural design integration with structural and MEP systems.

  • Oversee development of:

  • Detail drawings and material specifications for approval

  • Interior and exterior finishes (including common areas)

  • Gymnasium, pool, and community spaces

  • Reception and lift lobby interiors

  • Landscape and lighting design

  • Conduct research and development to diversify the design portfolio.

  • Generate 3D views based on modified drawings when required.

  • Ensure site visits by consultants and team as needed.

  • Visit active project sites regularly.

  • Support Marketing Department with presentations and design kits.

  • Modify designs in response to Sales requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants.

  • Organize interdepartmental meetings to foster synergy and enhance performance.

  • Maintain project oversight from inception to completion, coordinating with Project Heads.

  • Monitor and align construction progress with the Master Project Schedule (MPS).

  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, schedule, and cost alignment.

  • Resolve on-site design and coordination issues.

  • Specify required materials in terms of quality and performance.

  • Promote continuous learning and development through training and workshops.

  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
