Job Context:
∎ EUROFINS|AQM operates in quality control centers, factories and local workshops (quality inspections, social/environment/technical audits). In order to continue to ensure the timely delivery of quality audit reports, we are hiring ARCC (Audit Report Checking Center) Manager based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ Reporting to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Operations Director in Shanghai
∎ As the ARCC (Audit Report Checking Center) Manager, you will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of our audit reports.
∎ You are responsible of CSR report checkers, currently a total of 2 people so far, but which could expand. You ensure that the services provided by your team are performed following the company internal process and the customer`s requirements.
∎ Being the ARCC Manager, you are responsible for the efficiency of your team and streamlining the organization to improve the service and the operational efficiency.
∎ You oversee the implementation of the internal Continuous Assessment & Training program of the Company with your team which entails cross checking audit reports and general training on new subject areas.
∎ Being full time located in Dhaka, Bangladesh you will regularly be in the office and attend to audits on a monthly basis.
∎ You also must contribute to the continuous improvement of the team`s performance and are expected to develop process improvements related to the report checking process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Audit Report Checking Center (ARCC), located in Bangladesh (Recruitment, Training, Assessment, Activity monitoring.) - Actually 2 employees
∎ Ensure that all audit reports are released on time
∎ Ensure the quality of audit reports
∎ Review audit reports (environmental, social, technical) as per the need (new audit scheme, peak activity, etc.)
∎ Manage and is accountable for a follow-up tool to keep track of progress in the report checking
∎ Report on regular basis on auditor's performance regarding quality of reporting and propose solutions to improve general/individual performances
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience conducting social and environmental audits
∎ Significant experience in team management
∎ Fluent in oral and written English and familiar and able to communicate across language barriers
∎ Highly detail oriented and organized
∎ Outstanding project management skills
∎ Fluent in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
∎ Familiar with social and environmental audits and broader corporate social responsibility trends
∎ Familiar with ICS, BSCI and SMETA platforms
∎ Understanding of international and local labor laws
Salary: Negotiable
