Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, unit test and implement solutions to application bug fixes in accordance with established standards.
∎ Perform Peer-to-peer code reviews as needed.
∎ Client Trade Monitoring
∎ Identify opportunities to improve existing programs to prevent recurring incidents and to improve processes.
∎ Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents.
∎ Investigate and resolve data related issues
∎ Document incident resolution and develop knowledge base documentation.
∎ Participate in on-call support rotation.
∎ Provide excellent customer service through direct and indirect support to employees and customers.
∎ Various other daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ .NET (VB and C#)
∎ SQL Server
∎ Oracle Database
∎ Full stack experience a plus
∎ Visual Studio
∎ Azure DevOps experience a plus
∎ Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
∎ Detail oriented
∎ Logical and analytical skills
∎ Good organizational and time management skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Financial Industry experience a plus
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
