Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
∎ Provision, configure, deploy, and support application, and databases, as well as support and maintain.
∎ Perform root cause assessment and resolve issues Administer and resolve applications issues, and provide updates related to Document Management System/application server.
∎ Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of MS Windows servers and security.
∎ Escalate properly unsolved issues and liaise with 2nd level support to meet client's SLA.
∎ Experience in supporting DMS applications, OCR/ICR data capture and process will be treated as an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, IIS and MS SQL database
∎ Excellent independent problem-solving ability.
∎ Analytical thinking.
∎ Strong written and verbal English communication skills must.
∎ Work under pressure and on weekends and holidays (as when needed)
Salary: Negotiable
