Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, IIS and MS SQL database
∎ Escalate properly unsolved issues and liaise with 2nd level support to meet the client's SLA.
∎ Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
∎ Excellent independent problem-solving ability.
∎ Candidate should have the capability to analytically thinking.
∎ Experience in supporting DMS applications, OCR/ICR data capture, and the process will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Strong written and verbal English communication skills must.
∎ Must have excellent presentation skill for marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Understand, install, and operate enterprise-level Document Management Systems.
∎ Integrate enterprise-level DMS with other 3rd party applications to ensure customers' demand.
∎ Understand, install, and configure enterprise-level business process management tools as per customers' requirements.
∎ Update the configuration and installation procedures as per company policy.
∎ Keep proper track of all the changes.
∎ Liaise with project managers and product owners to lock the requirements with evidence.
∎ Perform root cause assessment and resolve issues administer and resolve applications issues, and provide updates related to Document Management System/application server.
∎ Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of MS Windows servers and security.
