∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Support to different businesses and group functions on Critical Business Applications for Operational Administration, Data Import/Export, And Communication Scheduling and Execution.
∎ Participate in Support Functions-Including Day-To-Day Operation Support by Working Closely with End Users.
∎ Gather and Analyze Application Logs and Performance Metrics and Work with Engineers to Troubleshoot and Debug Application Issues.
∎ Ensure data security through appropriate system and operational administration of individual application
∎ Identify Process Improvements for Support Related Functions and Other SDLC Processes Such as Testing Strategy.
∎ Identify and Implement Improvements to Application Logging, Reporting, And Monitoring.
∎ Work with 3rd Party Vendors as Needed On Vendor-Related Support Requests\ Issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4+ Years of Experience in Supporting Business Software Applications
∎ Experience in Working Independently and as Part of a Team to Debug Application Issues Working with Configuration Files\Databases and Application Log Files.
∎ Ability to Read and Understand ERDs using Data Modeling Tools Such as Visio or Erwin.
∎ Willing and Able to Contribute to Development Activities Including Bug Assessment and Bug-Fixing.
∎ Have Working Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and be Able to Communicate
