∎ Experienced QA for US market who’s familiar with Costco/WM or Target.
∎ Minimum 6-7 years experience in Quality /technical background.
∎ Applicant should have good knowledge on Denim & Jacket product.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of the garment including fabrics, textiles, and other materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
∎ Process Monitoring: Observe and evaluate quality processes, documenting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Testing Procedures: Develop and implement testing procedures to analyze the quality of products, including colorfastness, shrinkage, and durability testing.
∎ Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality assurance data and prepare comprehensive reports on findings, non-conformance issues, and improvement strategies.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and in-house quality policies. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
∎ Training and Development: Provide training to production staff on quality assurance practices, quality control procedures, and the importance of adhering to quality specifications.
∎ Root Cause Analysis: Address quality-related issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conformance.
∎ Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the production team to identify efficiency improvements and enhance overall product quality. Collaborate with merchandisers.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, audits, and compliance reports for traceability.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
