Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
∎ Selling retail banking products to potential customers.
∎ Continuously generating prospect customers and referrals from every visit.
∎ Selling products using face-to-face techniques.
∎ Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial
∎ partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
∎ Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
∎ Develop and foster insightful strategies and inspiring creative briefs for existing
∎ clients and brands.
∎ Help to identify new business candidates and participate in pitches for new
∎ assignments from clients and prospects.
∎ Proactively develop unique points of view and proprietary tools and studies on
∎ the market that adds value to our ongoing thinking and work.
∎ Plan short term and long term marketing and promotional activities for different
∎ brands
∎ Plan engaging marketing campaigns for brands prepare campaign proposals
∎ and presentations
∎ Prepare regular reports of campaign performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
