Job Context
Al-Abeer Company, a reputed organization in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Air Ticketing Reservation Manager to lead its airline ticketing and reservation operations. The candidate must have strong expertise in Amadeus (mandatory), along with working knowledge of Sabre & Galileo, and proven ability to manage a professional ticketing team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the air ticketing and reservation team for domestic and international travel.
Handle reservations, bookings, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes primarily using Amadeus.
Perform accurate fare calculations and ticket issuance.
Coordinate with airlines, corporate clients, and travel partners.
Train and guide junior staff in Amadeus, as well as Sabre & Galileo systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and error-free services.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA standards, and Saudi travel regulations.
