Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the travel agency.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Promote travel and visa services through social media platforms.
Create and present engaging video content for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Communicate effectively with prospective clients and convert inquiries into customers.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the sales and visa processing teams to achieve business goals.
