• Age At least 23 years

• 3-4 years of relevant experience

• Basic computer literacy & familiarity with booking platforms

• Basic English communication skills

• Excellent communication & customer service skills

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Passion for travel and helping clients explore the world

• Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and a helping mindset.

• Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person

• Provide updated info on destinations, visas, and travel

• Assist clients in planning domestic & international travel itineraries

• Process bookings for flights, hotels, and tour packages

• Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and support

• Resolve travel-related issues quickly and efficiently

• Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals
