Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Higher Secondary

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 20 to 50 years

• 3–5+ years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

• Strong English communication skills

• Professional, polished presentation

• Ability to handle high-volume service with composure

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• Team player with a guest-first attitude

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks according to restaurant service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
• Handle bills, payments, and cash transactions accurately when required
• Train and support junior waiters and service staff as needed
• Monitor table turnover and assist in managing busy service periods
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality, appearance, and professionalism at all times
