We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and professional Resort General Manager (GM) to lead and oversee the overall operations of our resort.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the overall operations and management of the resort

* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality

* Lead and supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales & Marketing

* Develop and implement business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue

* Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control

* Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance

* Maintain compliance with company policies and hospitality standards

* Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and business partners
