Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed revenue targets for Bangladesh operations.
Market Leadership: Identify new business opportunities, corporate accounts, and niche markets to expand the airline’s footprint.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with travel agencies, IATA partners, and corporate stakeholders.
Team Excellence: Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure peak performance and a customer-centric approach.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to provide actionable insights for pricing and inventory management.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and promotional materials for key accounts such as OTA and Travel Agency.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, track KPIs, and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the sales team, the marketing department, and the GSA management, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of sales campaigns and trade marketing activities.
Administrative Management: Organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Manage the team`s schedule and travel arrangements if necessary.
Market Research: Gather and compile data on market trends, competitor offers, and customer feedback for management review.
