Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking smart and energetic team members who are highly proficient in English communication and able to handle airline reservations and ticketing tasks, provide customer support to travel partners and clients, and assist in achieving the company’s sales objectives through efficient service, strong product knowledge, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation & Ticketing:

  • Handle booking, re-issuance, refunds, and ticketing through the airline’s GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, NDC platform).

  • Ensure accurate fare quotations, seat availability, and schedule information for customers and travel agents.

  • Manage PNR creation, modifications, cancellations, and itinerary issuance as per airline policy.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, routes, and promotional fares.

Customer Service:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and agents.

  • Resolve queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Handle schedule changes, flight irregularities, and other booking-related issues proactively.

  • Ensure high-quality customer experience aligned with airline and company standards.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports.

  • Coordinate with the airline principal for ticketing issues, fare discrepancies, and operational updates.

  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company compliance and reporting guidelines.
