✅ Provide professional and friendly customer support through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
✅ Guide clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation.
✅ Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
✅ Review, verify, and organize all required documents before visa submission.
✅ Process and monitor visa applications, ensuring timely follow-up and status updates.
✅ Communicate and coordinate with embassies, visa application centers, and relevant authorities when required.
✅ Keep clients informed throughout the visa processing journey and address their concerns promptly.
✅ Maintain accurate client records, application data, and internal documentation.
✅ Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on visa processing and customer service activities.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, visa regulations, and service standards.
✅ Support other travel-related services and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
