Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Ensure Resort premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and tend guests.
- Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a resort to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Establish communication channels to interact with customers to obtain their feedback and assist with resolving problems.
- Monitor each resort department`s accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase requisitions.
- Inspect resort stores to check available stock and determine the need for stocking Liaise with staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business.
- Schedule work shifts and tasks for resort staff according to their speciality.
- Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation.
- Contact clients to schedule and plan the details of an event or conference.
- Set and adjust the rates for different services according to their quality level.
- Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this resort.
- Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per the unit category to receive & serve the guests.
- Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the HODs daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedback, action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
- Provide direction for all day-to-day operations.
- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
- Monitor the purchase of each department, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Randomly inspecting the stores (F&B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry, etc.) with the F&B Manager & Chef.
- Dealing with vendors for quality products involving the Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors every quarter to Management.
- Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation.
- Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
