Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure Resort premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and tend guests.
  2. Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a resort to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  3. Establish communication channels to interact with customers to obtain their feedback and assist with resolving problems.
  4. Monitor each resort department`s accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase requisitions.
  5. Inspect resort stores to check available stock and determine the need for stocking Liaise with staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business.
  6. Schedule work shifts and tasks for resort staff according to their speciality.
  7. Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation.
  8. Contact clients to schedule and plan the details of an event or conference.
  9. Set and adjust the rates for different services according to their quality level.
  10. Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this resort.
  11. Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per the unit category to receive & serve the guests.
  12. Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the HODs daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedback, action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
  13. Provide direction for all day-to-day operations.
  14. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
  15. Monitor the purchase of each department, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Randomly inspecting the stores (F&B / Kitchen) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry, etc.) with the F&B Manager & Chef.
  16. Dealing with vendors for quality products involving the Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors every quarter to Management.
  17. Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation.
  18. Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
