∎ Master in any discipline from recognized institute, You will get preference in Textile Background.
∎ Skills Required: Quality Assurance Quality Control, Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an affective team of Quality. QC staffs who are responsible for all quality related issue.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC system to need the international standard.
∎ Control and ensure quality of sewing, finishing, Packing as per Buyer precondition
∎ Monitor and support the quality issue and communicate with audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ Evaluate staff performance ensure floor discipline, training their career development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on TQM, and other modern quality concept
∎ Fabrics knowledge, Technical Knowledge on garments manufacturing.
∎ Reporting skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
