∎ IPE/IE Background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the entire factory (Garments Unit) operations and ensure that production meets Company standards with profitably.
∎ Designing and implementing business operations.
∎ Follow up day-to-day production from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target.
∎ To Establish the Quality and to achieve Profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction.
∎ Allocate styles in different units based on available capacity, product categories, and transfer orders to other factories for job work as per necessity.
∎ Follow up industrial engineering functions and systems.
∎ Ensure that the factory produces quality products at minimum alteration and repair cost.
∎ Ensure that only quality goods are shipped to the buyers.
∎ Check manpower costing of each floor and try to keep manpower cost under control.
∎ Negotiate best pricing and payment terms and consistently optimizing operational costs.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to develop systems and processes that promote efficiency.
∎ Make sure the factory compliant as per buyer COC & local law.
∎ Resolve inter-departmental issues if there are any.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years of working experience in woven garments factory.
Salary: Negotiable
