Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate should have the commendable practical experience and thorough knowledge to manage different stores (Yarn/Dyes & Chemical / Accessories/ Gray Fabric/Finished Fabrics/General Store/ Wastage Store) of a Textile Factory.
∎ The candidate should have adequate intelligence & knowledge to ensure proper housekeeping of the factory complex and find out vacant space to accommodate goods as & when required.
∎ Ensure compliance of store activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy also develop and maintain Security policy of warehouse.
∎ Develop store worker skills & arrange training and team building activities.
∎ Maintain records of all inventories, storage items including their costs, stock levels, minimum of stock / Storage on the computer system.
∎ Prepare accurate Daily/ Monthly/ Half Yearly & Yearly Stock Report to review and Analysis of actual facts and figures for the next action plan.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department / higher authority.
∎ Maintain ERP Software and Keep it update all time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the Large Textile industry.
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in Fabrics Production of any large Textile industry.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Experience in working textile and spinning mills will but preference.
∎ Knowledge of organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
∎ Familiar with working in a fast Moving 24/7 Production Environment.

In addition, We have introduced the Morrison, Greenville, and Smartech brand in Rope Dyeing with a production capacity of 241000 Metter per day. we have also established a world-class ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Plant Facility that ensures environmentally compliant effluent conforming to standards set by the Bangladesh government. Furthermore, we are also concentrating on various CSR initiatives.
