∎ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals for AAC Block.
∎ Drive business growth by identifying new markets, customers, and opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and clients.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry.
∎ Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
