Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration BBA and Masters of Business Administration MBA preferably on Human Resource Management from reputed public or private universities

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
∎ Support the development and sustained implementation of leading practices to continually increase the number, speed and quality of hires
∎ Complete the onboarding of employees including background checks
∎ HR Strategy, policies, and standards:
∎ Research and recommend progressive human resource programs that will enhance overall organizational effectiveness and enhance the ability of the company and function to meet its strategic business goals
∎ Develop and execute talent management plans to ensure that our best talent is placed in the right positions through targeted recruiting and on-going development
∎ Provide employee turnover rates and implement required employee retention plans
∎ Maintain the HR policies and standards
∎ Develop and maintain job descriptions
∎ Maintain the employment agreements
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Administer compensation, employee benefits and performance management programs
∎ Ensure timely setup of performance goals
∎ Ensure that the performance reviews are executed twice a year
∎ Provide performance reviews results summary to senior management e.g. top performers etc.
∎ Manage the employee competencies in the HR system (current and desired)
∎ Employee relationship management:
∎ Effectively work with managers to resolve employee relations issues as they arise
∎ Meet (or video conference) with employees globally periodically to check on employee satisfaction, capture and report specific issues and/or concerns
∎ Create metrics on employee surveys and feedback. Develop and execute the action plan.
∎ HR Compliance & Audits:
∎ Understand current requirements related to HR, reduce legal risks and ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment regulations
∎ Maintain all personnel and benefits files, information and documentation
∎ Others:
∎ Advise leadership team and make recommendations on human resource related matters and strategy
∎ Manage and administer the exit/termination process when required. Process the unemployment claims as required.
∎ Process the immigration related activities as required
∎ Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of experience in Managerial role
∎ Majority experience in a Technology based Startup / Enterprise
∎ Experience working in an entrepreneurial culture as well as a larger, established company is desirable
∎ The Position requires excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Ability to formulate/ author HR Policies & manage compliances
∎ Experience in coaching and advising employees at multiple levels
∎ Deep knowledge of best practices from past employers, professional networks, continuing education; strong preference for experience with a best-in-class employer with strong, innovative HR practices
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
∎ Ability to stand firm and remain committed when necessary and facilitate understanding when difficult decisions must be made and executed
∎ Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results driven, rapidly changing environment - with minimal daily oversight
∎ Exposure to managing employees Internationally will be a Plus
