Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in HRM or Management form any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after overall HR & Administrative functions as and when required.
∎ Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations.
∎ Build HR functions capability by ensuring adequately skilled HR staff and identifying and developing successors.
∎ Experience of good recruitments, understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiating candidates.
∎ Implementing and reviewing training programs to meet specific department needs.
∎ Guideline the disciplinary matters, grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation engagement.
∎ Review, define and adhere to HR operations metrics and service level like timely processing of salary and increment.
∎ Perform day to day HR & Administrative necessary tasks.
∎ Ensure all policies are compiled as per company rules.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Developer Company, HR & Administration.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Negotiation Skills
∎ Proven working experience as HR & Administration department.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
∎ Strong coordination to ensure proper administrative management
