Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA FCMA CPA ACCA Part qualified CA CMA with adequate relevant experience may also apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Must have excellent liaison and network with banks and financial institutions to obtain short and long term finances of the group for new projects
∎ Prepare feasibility reports and business proposals for submission to banks and financial institutions for new projects of the company
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, CapEx management, cashflow management, cost and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fund-raising plans and capital structure.
∎ Oversee the Accounts Department.
∎ Maintain professional liaison with banks and other financing institutions.
∎ Maintain professional liaison with any relevant Government bodies, authorities and/or organizations.
∎ Devise the correct formula, methods and format for costing of products and services.
