Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make plan, organize and ensure day to day factory production & operations.
∎ To monitor and analyze the recipe considering cost, machine output, quality feed and RM availability etc.
∎ To prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly action plan and budget of the factory and facilitate to implement the activity.
∎ To lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure nonconformity.
∎ To stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
