Job Context:

Debonair Group, a leading garments and textile manufacturer, is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of AGM/DGM – Admin, Logistics & Security. The incumbent will be responsible for managing overall administration, logistics operations, and ensuring effective security systems within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage factory and office administration effectively.
• Oversee logistics operations including transport, store, and distribution support.
• Ensure proper security management, fire safety, and compliance monitoring.
• Supervise and guide administrative and security teams.
• Maintain liaison with law enforcement, government, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and implement administrative and logistics policies, SOPs, and systems.
• Monitor discipline, attendance, and leave management of employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, buyer requirements, and company policies.
• Plan and execute emergency response and crisis management programs.
