Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Must have knowledge in Environmental Compliance & able face H & M Environmental Audit
• Experience in conducting RCA based on RSL detection and take corrective & preventive actions.
• Experience in sustainability project's development, comparative analysis with ROI estimation.
• Experience in H&M's ETP audit & rating.
• Familiar with H&M, C&A, Inditex, Gina-Tricot, Tom-Tailor, Guess, OTCF, ECI etc. brand demands.Prepare TNA and monitoring training and awareness program as per TNA.

• Assurance of environmental & technical certifications e.g. ISO 14001: 2015, Oekotex 100, SWAN Ecolabel, GOTS etc.Have experience with H&M NSR (Environment) activities and Sustainability self-reliant program.
• Drive H&M sustainability (Environment) SRM demands, C&A SCM program & Inditex CFW Excellent project.
• Monitoring Inditex GTW 2.0 program and ensure Lot wise chemical risk assessment as per GTW 2.0 standard.
• Monitoring chemical dosage, curing and disposal in all wet process operations e.g. Dyeing, finishing, washing and printing.
• Monitoring chemical RAS in final products to secure RSL.
• Prepare long-term & short-term resources (e.g. water, energy/GHG, chemical, waste etc.) reduction action plan and continuously monitoring to achieve the target.
• Conduct internal audit (environmental, chemical & traceability audits) and report to management.
• Drive sustainability projects initiated by facility or customers e.g. H&M group's Expert Energy Efficiency Program, C&A Low Carbon Project, Inditex CFW project, PaCT 2 (In depth CP) program etc.
• Maintain continual improvement in Higg FEM & BEPI platform.
• Assure Water and Energy Balance through the production processes.
• Prepare and communicate environmental resource KPI to monitor the sustainability progress.
• Maintain internal and external communications for environmental issues.
• Prepare documentations and presentations of facility's sustainability practices to promote company's brand value.
