Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters/M. Sc. / B. Sc. in Industrial Engineering from any reputed public university.
∎ (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee testing of all incoming raw materials.
∎ Prepare all relevant documents and enter all testing data into various QC reports.
∎ Ensure all incoming inspection follows RIR, MST, requirements and uses the AQL
∎ Method.
∎ Analyses and solve problems, faults, discrepancies in production.
∎ Responsible to take immediate corrective actions in the event of quality problems.
∎ Plan and organize calibrations as per the schedule
∎ Overall responsibility for quality activities.
∎ Train QC inspectors as required and maintain training records.
∎ Lead the team and guide the supervisors.
∎ Ensure safe working conditions and clean environment practices in QC section.
∎ Identify any unsafe conditions, acts and report to concern/Managers etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s) reputed Len knit Garments Factory.
∎ Experience-Quality related min of 10/12 years.
∎ Knowledge: QMS, Product comparing good and bad, AQL standards, Calibrations, ISO
∎ Skill: Problem solving, managing people, Computer MS Excel, graphs, Outlook.
∎ Physical requirement: Strong, healthy and energetic.
∎ Good in English- spoken & written
∎ Familiar with Quality Management Systems
∎ Good communication skills (for report writing and training)

∎ Negotiable based on experience
