Strong woven garments background is mandatory, with extensive experience in shirt manufacturing.
Sound knowledge of quality management systems, inline/end-line/final inspection processes, and buyer compliance requirements.
Proven leadership capability in managing and developing quality teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Overall quality assurance and quality control activities for woven garments, especially shirts, from development stage to final shipment.
Ensure all products meet buyer requirements, quality standards, and compliance expectations.
Possess strong knowledge of shirt manufacturing processes, garment construction, measurement, fitting, sewing, finishing, and quality requirements.
Conduct and monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure shipment quality and minimize defects.
Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality.
Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, technical, and industrial engineering teams to achieve quality targets.
Lead and manage the quality team, provide necessary guidance and training, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with buyer standards, quality systems, and factory procedures throughout the production process.
Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports, and update management on quality performance and improvement plans.
Support buyer audits, factory audits, and quality-related visits, ensuring successful outcomes.
