Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Able to work under pressure, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Team Leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sweater Factory, Sweater Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sweater Marketing & Merchandising.
∎ To lead a team of merchandisers to execute orders procured from direct retail customers.
∎ Independently handle customer accounts for development, procurement, execution and post-remittance services.
∎ Independently troubleshoot and solve merchandising problems for personal customer accounts as well as for team assistance.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of yarns, trims and accessories.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong physical & mental strength to work inside and outside under pressure.
∎ knowledge on garments manufacturing in sweater factory
∎ We believe you are a business minded, social, open communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimist
∎ Having minimum 12 years continuous working experience in the related area in a reputed organization
