∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must be enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate affairs, Criminal Law, Regulatory Affairs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative and legal action according to the management decision;
∎ Collect and store all land related documents and execute all types of court formalities and documentation;
∎ Handling land related issues, land purchase, deed preparation and authenticity assessment of ownership claims;
∎ Necessary communication with the concerned of AC Land office/ Tohsil office, Sub registrar office;
∎ Ensure land comply with legislation and assist with amendments to land authority;
∎ Liaison with Govt, Non Govt and various regulatory authority;
∎ Drafting various agreements, undertakings, memorandum of association, notices, replies to notices and regulatory letters and MoUs';
∎ Proper maintaining all files and documentation with confidential manner'
∎ Provide legal opinion on various kinds of documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
