Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing & implementing HR & Admin strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
∎ Prepare manpower plan with concerned unit head to hire a potential candidate in advance to fill up gap timely;
∎ To represent in the meeting with the local government authority, police, fire fighting dept. and other government departments/industries in relation to administrative activity as instructed by the management;
∎ Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees;
∎ Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance as per policy;
∎ Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues;
∎ Execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance related activities;
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of Administrative functions of the factory;
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals;
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards;
∎ To maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company;
∎ Responsible for all aspects relating to smooth functioning of store, production management, staff's management, compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance;
∎ Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other departments in order to coordinate with buyers' visit and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit;
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible measures to adhere with buyers' compliance instruction;
∎ Handle all kinds of company pending legal issues;
∎ Ensure logistic & administrative support to increase productivity;
∎ Ensuring a healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment;
∎ Sound knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, CT-PAT, ISO (QMS) Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law relevant to garments sector;
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015;
∎ Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct;
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification;
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate;
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English;
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
