Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from any Public University (Preferably Science)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Factory Management, Production and Export plan.
∎ Communication with Buyer for delivery etc.
∎ SOP & IT Friendly.
∎ Improve the efficiency of the total workforce.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will be an added advantage.
∎ Minimum 5 years in a similar position & industry and at least 10 years in a reputed RMG (Woven Jacket/ Sportswear and Pant) industry.
∎ Excellent knowledge of IE (Industrial Engineering).

Salary: Negotiable
