Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in HRM), from Public University.
∎ PGD in HRM & Compliance will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR & Compliance.
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of buyers, auditors to comply always.
∎ Prepare factory to face any kind of buyer's audit-Compliance, Technical, Security, QMS, WRAP/Sedex/BSCI/ISO/GOTS/Higg Index/STeP by OEKO-TEX other certification as and when required.
∎ Monitor and execute decisions of top management in respect of Compliance.
∎ Ensure required training is conducted as needs basis of the employees on regular basis as well as create motivation for all employees.
∎ To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
∎ Internal Auditing and sharing corrective measures with concerned department.
∎ Originator and monitor of company compliance policies and behavior to meet the company's code of conduct.
∎ Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Sweater Industry, Garments.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of Buyers' Compliance and Certification.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law 2006 (Amended 2018) & other applicable laws & rules
∎ Excellent command in English.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
