Responsibilities & Context:

1. Operational Management:·

   Oversee daily operations of the showroom and factory, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards. 

Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs.     

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability.

2. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to drive foot traffic to the showroom and increase sales.·       Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and promotional activities.

  Implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

3. Production Management:· Supervise production processes in the factory to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

       Coordinate with the production team to schedule manufacturing activities and ensure timely delivery of orders.

       Implement measures to optimize production efficiency and minimize wastage of resources.

4. Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all footwear products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

      Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing processes and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.

      Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality raw materials for production.

5. Team Leadership and Development:  Provide leadership and direction to the showroom and factory teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.·       Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

6.  Financial Management:  Assist in budget planning and cost management to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.   Monitor financial performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed. Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and revenue growth to maximize profitability.

7.     Customer Service:·       Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at the showroom, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.·       Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, such as loyalty programs and after-sales services.8.     Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:·       Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the footwear industry, including labor laws, environmental regulations, and product safety standards.  Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes to ensure the business operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

9. Strategic Planning:  Assist the General Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and sustain long-term growth.

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, diversification, or market penetration.

10.  Reporting and Communication:   Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and financial performance for management review.

  Communicate effectively with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to provide updates, seek input, and address any issues or concerns.
