Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be responsible in finishing to export.
∎ How to reduce manpower.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
∎ Monitor and track monthly, hourly, and daily targets.
∎ Achieve order quantity completion based on PO, styles, and colors.
∎ Resolve Technical Bottlenecks for Smooth Production Flow.
∎ Ensure adherence to on-time shipment schedule.
∎ Control Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory.
∎ Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures during the finishing process to achieve the highest quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams to minimize defects, rejections, and customer complaints.
∎ Promote skill development on the production floor.
∎ Manage labor turnover and absenteeism as per plan.
∎ Ensure a safe, compliant, and pleasant work environment.
∎ Balance production lines for target output using the skill matrix.
∎ Develop and execute production plans for the finishing department, ensuring timely completion of orders.
∎ Regularly track production progress and take corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines.
∎ Monitor production progress in comparison to the production plan.
∎ Ensure workstations are well-illuminated and prepared for input.
∎ Lead and manage the finishing team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
∎ Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials effectively to achieve production targets and minimize wastage.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, skill development, and teamwork within the department.
∎ Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards in the finishing department.
∎ Monitor and control production costs related to finishing processes, striving to achieve cost-efficient operations.
∎ Communicate effectively with senior management & merchandising department, providing updates all accessories before the bulk production.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
