Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, schedule, and execute machinery maintenance and repairs with accurate timelines and completion targets.
Ensure optimal performance of food production machinery, including biscuit lines, wafer roll, chips, IPD machines, extruder machines, multi-head machines, nitrogen gas generators, tube forming, IPI machines, Dairy, Chocolate Machine (MacIntyre) and packaging machines.
Supervise and perform generator repair and servicing with strong technical knowledge.
Maintain detailed service records and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety standards.
