Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure all electrical equipment are operational and maintained as per the standards.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through scheduled day to day maintenance activities.
Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
Establishing delivery and installation schedules for machines, switchgear, cables and fittings.
Capable for fault findings and installation of electrical equipment.
Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to Keep minimum down time due to electrical breakdown.
Ensure preventive maintenance of boilers & generators & all compressors` for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board and plc etc.
All control panels are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
Maintain good communication with the Engineering services (mechanical) for optimizing the maintenance process.
Ensure proper PPE in all electrical work areas.
Segregation of responsibilities among team members Preventive maintenance/repairing schedule covering all services areas.
Ability to Supervise and monitor all kinds of Electra-mechanical equipment.
Ability to lead and manage maintenance department independently.
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as Factory.
Sound knowledge of audit requirements for electrical safety issue.
Capable of making electrical diagram and understand all electric Diagram.
Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
