Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. from Bangladesh University of Textile (BUTEX)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managed & Supervised entire knit dyeing-finishing by single hand.
∎ Solved problem effectively during production process &,knit fabric expert In depth knowledge of grey knitting , dyeing & finishing methods, fabric inspection & quality management system.
∎ To integrates the follow up of the production and the follow up of the products,
∎ Responsible for overseeing all stages of the textile manufacturing process.
∎ Supervised dyeing- finishing production follow up and reporting. Dyeing-finishing job distribution to floor label. Co-relate dyeing-finishing production with dyeing production according to TOD and reporting.
∎ To monitor Dyeing-Finishing machine related problem to inform maintenance team and ensure right standard machine performance after maintenance and reporting.
∎ Quality manual analysis and set the dyeing-finishing parameter accordingly to meet the ultimate requirement.
∎ Fabric finishing quality ensure and reporting. Floor label lean implement in finishing with Visual system and reporting.
∎ Communicate with responsible person for fabric quality issue (with knitting, Quality, Garments unit and also buyer.)
∎ Make sure that the process runs smoothly is cost effective and delivers products to the right standard and on time.
∎ To lead and supervise the entire knitting, dyeing and dyeing finishing department.
∎ To make Plan & monitor production schedules and changing them when necessary.
∎ Able to work under pressure and hardworking, honest and able to deal with any type critical situation and knowledge about time management.

∎ Experience Requirements-2 to 5 year(s) in similar position
∎ Computer literacy: MS office application, Email and Internet
