Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer (Civil)/ Diploma in Civil Engineer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all construction (industrial building) works quality at the site by attending in the site during the job execution to ensure the construction works is to be done as per quality
∎ Monitoring manpower mobilization and skills of workers to ensure the skilled labor for the project.
∎ Trained and counseling the worker to increase the awareness to use the safety and security equipment
∎ Ensuring the proper use of safety and security equipment in construction works and workers.
∎ Ensuring cleanliness of the project following checklist to give a better experiences to the customers
∎ Prepare BOQ and Material Budget and placed requisition on time to determine procurement planning
∎ Controlling waste of material by monitoring closely during the execution of works to supervise & execute construction of building project including pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, Electric, Paint and all others finishing works as per drawing
∎ to prepare estimate of structural finishing and sanitary & plumbing works etc.
∎ Ensure ACCORD, ALLIANCE, RSC Code of Conduct along with BNBC guideline.
∎ Preparing contractor bills and other work completion report as per management requirement
∎ Any others works as assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experiences in the construction business/industry
∎ Computer literacy: MS office application, Email and Internet
