Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead one of our dyed yarn (cone & hanks) sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in yarn dyeing, garment washing, export-oriented marketing, and sales, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both local and international buyers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing and sales of dyed yarn (Cone & Hanks) in both local and export markets.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans based on market analysis
• Manage relationships with international buyers, agents, and liaison offices.
• Oversee export documentation, LC collection, bank maturity, and payment follow-up.
• Handle customer claims, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Supervise the daily delivery, stock, and debtor position reporting.
• Coordinate with production and development teams for product specifications.
• Drive direct yarn exports and develop new markets.
• Provide leadership to junior team members and drive performance.
