∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
∎ Need to visit frequently to sweater factories.
∎ Need to have good presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve target as per projection and work on it to ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Must be able to build relationships with master buyers such as H&M, ZARA, INDITEX, etc.
∎ Visit client office regularly for business development, negotiation & claim settlement purposes.
∎ Increase sales volume by adding new clients and increase repeat orders from existing customers.
∎ Monitor team and their target vs achievement status, movement, and customer communication.
∎ Identify and solve the issues of customer dissatisfaction.
∎ Monitoring commercial and payment-related issues of different clients.
∎ Analyze the industry regularly to expand the market share.
∎ Coordinate with the factory regarding production schedule follow-up and ensure proper delivery.
∎ Follow-up Delivery schedule with the factory.
∎ Context:
∎ We are looking for candidates who have work experience with the direct buyers of dyed yarn (cone and hanks section) and can develop or bring the direct buyer to the current company portfolio.
∎ Responsibilities:
