Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Eng., Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for RMG production of knit garments, particularly specialize in Cutting, Sewing and Finishing.
∎ Develop the sewing & finishing standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Follow up & ensure production from fabric/accessories, sewing to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Will be responsible for several quality matters form cutting to shipment of goods.
∎ Makes sure of production environment as per compliance CoC.
∎ Ensure quality product and quality level as per buyer's standard.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management along with employee welfare.
∎ Maintain fair judgment in perspective of employee disciplinary and grievance handling.
∎ Coordination with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Planning, IE and give them proper support in all sewing related matter.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Able to work independently align with company goal and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable of work with KPI driven environment.
