Job Context:
∎ A leading Group of Company (Knit Garments and Textile) intends to recruit " AGM / DGM Marketing & Merchandising". Who is capable to sourcing and procure garments order from reputed customer.
∎ Factory is fully compliance and vertical setup including Knitting, Dyeing, AOP and Garments unit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyer.
∎ Should be capable of confirm order minimum 2 lac to 3 lac pcs each and every month.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the timeline given by Customers and obviously meet the timeline.
∎ Ability to deal with the Buyers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders.
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from Buyers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumption's, product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant.
∎ Ensures matching of planned vs. actual cash flows through appropriate follow up on Buyers payments.
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Addresses all Buyers complaints on a priority basis.
