∎ Candidates experienced in Acrylic Spinning mills will get preferred.
∎ Candidates experienced in Acrylic Spinning mills will get preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market trend analysis, develop new composition of yarn as per buyer analysis.
∎ Ensure and manage the timely and accurate production of all requirements through effective production planning.
∎ Monitoring the production process & solving the problem for smooth production.
∎ Planning the import of raw materials (Tow &Tops) for spinning as per buyer demand.
∎ Monitoring and controlling the machine repair, routing maintenance & proper utilization of spare parts to minimize the effective cost.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.Monitoring spare parts store and preparing the requisition to purchases for smooth production.
∎ Monitoring quality parameters at different stages.Ensure that the machinery and equipment are maintained. Utilize energy and resources efficiently.
∎ Training and supervising all workers in spinning.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by Management.
