Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile is highly desirable.
∎ Graduation in any Discipline with adequate experience in All Over Printing will also be considered.
∎ Skills Required: All over printing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include all production and marketing related activities of AOP.
∎ To fix target and to ensure target wise order receiving (To increase new buyer's order.)
∎ Sample development through designing, engraving & strike off process according to the buyer requirement.
∎ Make production planning according to the shipment schedule.
∎ Make costing for any order belongs to company profit and calculates full colour & chemicals requirements for the order.
∎ Follow up colour & chemicals stock availability to ensure smooth production.
∎ Have strong control over production team and strongly follow up production quality as per buyer requirements.
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Identify, develop new business & promote products, evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, monitor and analyze all marketing & sales reports.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on AOP production, marketing etc.
∎ Confident, value driven and dynamic leader.
∎ Must be target oriented & Ability to work under pressure.
∎ In-depth knowledge on local Knit, RMG & Textile market.
∎ Effective communication skills & strong negotiation skill.
Salary: Negotiable
