Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters/BBA/MBA/Engineering from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting installment from clients/customers regularly in an amicable way and depositing it in companies account properly;
∎ Taking the challenge to meet the credit recovery target;
∎ Meet the influential, critical parties & solve their problems;
∎ Maintaining good relationship with the local authorities;
∎ Helping the seize office to seized the vehicle;
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and officer correspondence;
∎ Taking care of credit vehicles and clients/customers by activities and advice;
∎ To know the details about each & every file of the branch;
∎ Submitting daily collection report to the Management;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in relevant field will be preferred;
∎ Capable and willing to visit on frequent basis to perform credit collection anywhere in the country;
∎ Well behaved and convincing;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills in oral and written Bengali and English;
∎ Able to work independently;
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure;
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Salary:
∎ Commission based remuneration
