- B Sc/M Sc Engineering (Mechanical /Marine) or equivalent to it.

Additional Requirements: Work Experience
- Minimum 25 years of experience in relevant fields and having market integration.
- Preferably a retired professional (aged 55+ not more than 60) with a strong background in Armed Force/Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
Working Conditions
- Part Time and flexible in nature. [2-3 days/week]
- Mostly dealing closely with clients and stakeholders.
- No requirement of everyday office attendance.
Additional Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of technical and practical knowledge of construction/mechanical equipment.
- Exceptional in client-handling and a sale advisory role within the construction machinery or materials handling industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work part-time and attend meetings on short notice.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism in front of clients.
Responsibilities & Context: Join key customer meetings to provide technical credibility and domain expertise on construction machines and materials handling solutions to clients.
Facilitate sales by identifying customer needs and proposing suitable products and services.
Assist the sales team in negotiating deals and closing transactions, by highlighting product advantages and practical applications.
Coordinate with the tender submissions, proposal presentations, and project discussions when required.
Mentor young sales and service engineers through on-job guidance to operate efficiently.
Conduct occasional training sessions or technical workshops to increase engagement.
Deliver exceptional service support by troubleshooting and resolving client issues promptly.
Attend customer visits/meetings 1-2 days per week or as per requirement. Be available on call for urgent client discussions, technical advice or Principals meetings.
Monitor market trends and provide intelligence on competitive products and services.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, help build a culture of customer-first, solution-driven engagement.
