• Graduation/Post Graduation preferably in Engineering from a reputed University with good academic records.

• Retired Government Officers (preferably retired defense personnel) are specially encouraged to apply.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and business networking ability.

• Superb negotiation and presentation skills

• Must have the proven capability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

• Explore business opportunities to promote organization's products and services to primarily institutional and large corporate clients.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, investment consultants, key decision-makers and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to create business opportunities.
• Work closely with departmental CBOs to foster business opportunities for both existing and upcoming (if any) products and services of the organization.
• Understand clients' requirements, preferences, expectations, perspectives and risk tolerance.
• Remain up-to-date about industry specific trends and dynamics.
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Keep up to date information of competitors activities in the relevant field; initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
• To facilitate inhouse capacity building targeting future business opportunities.
• Prepare and provide various periodic reports to the Management.
